Gebelle focuses his considerable experience and abilities on achieving client goals and ensuring equal access to justice for each client. Jacob ensures that individual clients have full representation to safeguard their Constitutional rights and liberties. Jacob also provides comprehensive representation to Federal Firearms Licensees Holders (FFLs), firearms dealers, manufacturers, distributors, gun clubs, and security operations to ensure compliance with state and Federal regulations. He is an associate in the firm’s Vandalia office where he concentrates his abilities on United States Gun Laws, mass torts and product liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gebelle clerked for the Honorable Thomas M. Rose at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, where he drafted bench memoranda and assisted in authoring several opinions.

Mr. Gebelle received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he was the Outside Articles Editor of the University of Dayton Law Review. Additionally, Mr. Gebelle served as research assistant to Professor Thaddeus Hoffmeister and as Honor Council Chief Justice. Mr. Gebelle also holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Dayton.
